Booking your delivery is easy. You decide when Coles delivers your ready meals in your b2care shopping cart. Coles takes care of the rest.
How Delivery Works
Delivery options and times
After selecting your meals and proceeding to checkout, you’ll be offered a variety of Coles delivery windows, either home delivery or Click & Collect.
In the delivery section of the b2care shopping cart, choose your preferred delivery day (up to 12 days in advance), then pick one of the more than 10 home delivery or 3 Click and Collect time slots for that day, that best suits your schedule
Coles advise trying to avoid Monday morning deliveries, as this is their peak time for business deliveries.
Note: Coles does not provide home delivery or Click and Collect from every store, check which is available in your area.
Minimum Order
b2care has a $75 minimum order for orders via Coles, which equals just $22.50 for your 30% co-payment.
Notifications
Once your order has been packed, Coles will send us a list of out-of-stock items closer to the delivery time. For morning orders, there might be a delay in updating this as the order notifications from Coles come after business hours. Our team will get to it as soon as possible. Rest assured, you will not be charged for out-of-stock items. If you have provided a mobile number, you should get delivery notifications via SMS. Please note that SMS notifications are not available for Click & Collect orders.
Remote Deliveries
Coles do undertake deliveries if you are a long way from a Coles store.

If you need to cancel your order, contact Coles directly on 1800 455 400. You will need to quote your Coles order number, which you can find on the relevant order in your portal or contact us.
Any orders cancelled after the cut-off time may incur a $30 cancellation fee.
You are able to modify orders via b2care, 48 hours prior to your delivery day. Contact us to modify an order.
