Select from a wide range of main meal styles from brands such as Coles Kitchen, Coles PerForm, Coles Natures Kitchen, Coles Finest, Youfoodz, My Muscle Chef, Foxes Den, Cucina Classica, Lean Cuisine, Weight Watchers, Herbert Adams, McCains, On the Menu and many others.

We also provide a range of ready to eat fresh salad kits, premade salad bowls, frozen and chilled desserts and breakfast meals.

Our range will continue to offer you a wider choice of meal styles and brands.

This means you can vary your meal plans as much as you like, enjoying different styles of meals from different quality brands, so you can maintain variety and enjoyment in your meal choices.

Ordering Meals

Once you have been registered to use b2care under your HCP or NDIS plan, you are ready to order your meals.

Simply log in to b2care and use our shopping site to select your meals into your shopping cart, select your Coles online delivery slot or Click & Collect time and proceed to check out.

You can build favourite carts, meal plans, see all previous orders and have copies of your invoices available with the b2care portal.

Once ordered, it’s over to Coles to deliver your order to your home in your preferred delivery slot or pick up via Click & Collect!

Paying for your Meals

When you log into b2care for the first time, you simply need to add a few details to your account profile, including your credit card details, or use BPAY or PayID.

When you place your order you will be requested to make payment, it is as simple as that!

Delivery of Your Meals

You have a choice in how you can get your meals!

Coles home delivery: You get choice of a wide range of delivery slots available from Coles home delivery, direct from the b2care shopping cart.

This now includes Coles Deliver More, which is a home delivery service that is direct to you, without the supermarket detour and with Coles best online availability. Deliver More provides better product availability, this means you will get exactly what you ordered and an extended range of meals, including a larger Asian range. It is available in selected areas in Victoria and New South Wales.

b2care has worked with Coles to extend our HCP & NDIS ready meal range under Delivery More.

Please note that the new service isn't available for orders delivered by Coles partner drivers, rapid, or same day. b2care we will always attempt to push your orders to Deliver More eligible time slots, so we may come back to you to reconfirm your delivery slots to ensure this.
